With a mother employer in the virtually un-organized banking sector, I was intrigued to hear that workers at Sudbury area TD Canada Trust branches- members of the USW- are set to hit the picket line.
Maybe there is hope...

Wait, is this the same branch that had the whole hoopla with "free the lively seven" or some nonesense like that; the uber-cons made a big deal about? or am I drastically confused?
You don't often hear of bank workers striking, or even unionized.
