why were they disgusted by flavoured condoms? You would think they would support measures to prevent abortions.
yes, you would think that. Sadly, the religious right isn't too versed in the thinking department (they prefer doctrinaire biblical dictatorship). An explicit support of condoms would of course also imply support of pre-marital sex, which is a big no-no. After all, it's original sin. dun dun dun...
